CareMonkey lighten the load for St Joseph’s Crib Point

We spend a lot of time visiting our customers and schools, so naturally we understand their challenges and frustrations. A recurring theme amongst administrators is the time and energy drain of chasing up medical forms and permission slips. “We just don’t get paper forms back,” remarks Jade Smith, Office Manager at St Joseph’s Crib Point. That’s all changed since implementing CareMonkey, Jade notes: “It [CareMonkey] makes my job a whole lot easier, it’s awesome!”

Langwarrin Junior Football Club kicks a goal with CareMonkey

Footy season is almost upon us. Players are back in training mode, and clubs are busy getting ready for the first bounce.

When it comes to being prepared and organised, Langwarrin Junior Football Club is using CareMonkey to their competitive advantage!

"CareMonkey lines up with our strategy to reduce paperwork, ensure our health records are accurate, and provides team staff with the best possible care information” says Club President, Graham Pryde.

“Players, parents, team staff and administrators all benefit from CareMonkey” Graham said, “We’ve reduced risk by having more detailed information to share than we’ve previously had”.

Parents have also commented that CareMonkey provides peace of mind without the paperwork. "As a mother of a child with medical issues, this is a great idea. Player information is in the hands of those that need it, when they need it. AND I don't have to fill in any forms!", says Rachael Bluhm, Club Treasurer.

Victory for CareMonkey in Bendigo!

CareMonkey went live this week at Victory Christian College in Bendigo and the feedback from parents is fantastic.

One excited parent emailed the school saying:

"Hi
What a great thing!!
Love their option to copy details: beats writing it on what feels like countless forms!!
Yay to whoever found this service."

That's what we like to hear! Victory Christian College is one of four schools using CareMonkey in Bendigo. VCC is a modern school with picturesque surrounds. In the picture are school administrators and CareMonkey users Dan, Felicity and Janelle.

Rolling Hills Primary School all systems go with CareMonkey

Rolling Hills Primary School in Mooroolbark, Victoria is the latest public school to go live with CareMonkey.

School administrators Susie and Peta set the system up this week in under an hour. The system is now collecting care profiles from parents automatically ensuring the school has up to date emergency and medical details. Easy!
