CareMonkey wins 2014 national StartupSmart award for best startup idea

The fourth annual StartupSmart awards were presented last night, 26 March 2014, in Melbourne and have again uncovered a diverse and creative entrepreneurial spirit alive and well in the Australian startup community. With over 400 applications for this round, judges were seeking innovative and promising ideas.

CareMonkey, the health and safety system for schools and clubs, was awarded Australia's best startup idea.

CareMonkey has been adopted in over 40 schools in Sydney and Melbourne since November 2013. The StartupSmart award follows other awards for CareMonkey including being the national winner of the 2013 IT Invention Test and the winner of the iAwards most innovative health solution.

St John Vianney Catholic Primary School farewell checklists forever!

This week we welcome St John Vianney Catholic Primary School to the growing list of Victorian schools using CareMonkey.

Office Managers, Marg and Nicole, are particularly excited to have implemented the CareMonkey system. “I love it”, Nicole said, ”No more checklists for permission slips - it’s just so easy”.

St John Vianney Catholic Primary School are also benefiting from the peace of mind CareMonkey provides. Teachers, coaches and carers are able to access detailed student emergency information on mobile and smart devices during field trips, even in remote locations without internet access.
